Our guarantee & quality pledge


For details of the guarantee period, please refer to the mattress label. We make every effort to ensure that your new mattress will give you years of comfort. In the rare event that there is a manufacturing fault, please contact your retailer who will assess the problem and contact us direct. If a manufacturing fault is found within the guarantee period, we will repair the fault free of charge. We may, in some circumstances decide to replace the product. Where original materials or components are no longer available, we reserve the right to use materials of at least an equivalent quality. We may have to refuse service where the mattress is in an unhygienic condition, or where these care instructions have not been followed. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Cleanliness, safety and quality have always been our top priorities, but just saying that is not enough. That is why we have created the Quality Pledge, which is your assurance of our commitment to the highest of standards. We are active members of a wide number of industry initiatives.

hushabye was among the first manufacturers to join the National Bed Federation accreditation scheme. The NBF code of practice ensures that all product carrying the official mark is safe, clean and honest. hushabye are members of British Furniture Manufacturers (BFM) which is a trade association that promotes the British furniture industry. We are proud to be a UK manufacturer and to be able to offer the reassurance that a ‘Made in Britain’ tag brings.  

We take our responsibility to the wider community very seriously. Whenever we are in possession of end-of-life products, we dispose of them with care and responsibility. Products are stripped down to their components and wherever possible these materials are recycled. hushabye operates a zero-to-landfill policy.
